Calif. high court upholds Schwarzenegger furloughs
[KGO-TV SAN FRANCISCO, CA]  The California Supreme Court on Monday upheld Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's order to furlough state workers, dealing a major victory to part of the governor's budgeting plans.
