AU Group Urges Naval Blockade on Somalia
The Free Travel and Per Diem group of the African Union has called upon the UN Security Council to pretend it has a no-fly zone and block sea ports using its blue water navy in Somalia to prevent infiltration of competitors who have failed to pay a bribe and the support trucked to their competitor's bad guys in Somalia.
