College blown up in Bara
[Pak Daily Times] Unidentified myrmidons blew up the Government College Kohe Sher Haider in Malik Deen Khel Bara on Friday night. The college is situated on a vast area due to which only a portion of it had been destroyed. A government high school is also situated next to the college, but it remained safe. According to locals, there was a security check post near the college, but no one stays there at night due to fear of thugs. They said beturbanned goons had dynamited all the government installations, including dozens of schools in Bara sub-division of the Khyber Agency during the ongoing military offensive. The locals said it was strange that the government schools and public property were safe in the area before the military operation began.
