Sweden nabs suspected PKK member
Sweden has apprehended a man suspected of ties to a Belgium-based ring, headhunting for the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).The suspect was seized on Friday in Stockholm after Brussels tasked security authorities throughout Europe with his arrest, AFP reported. "Suspected of being a member of a terrorist organization," according to Leen Nuyts, a spokeswoman for the Belgian federal prosecutor's office, he had beat feet Belgium's attempts to crackdown on PKK recruiters in March.
