Two car bombs leave 18 casualties in Ninewa
NINEWA / Aswat al-Iraq: Two car bombs exploded consecutively on Monday near Badoush jail in west of Mosul, killing two persons and injuring 16 others, according to a security source.
Two booby-trapped cars went off consecutively on Monday morning (Nov. 15) in a garage of a residential compound near Badoush jail, west of Mosul, killing two and injuring 16, the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
The wounded persons, include two policemen and nine guards, he added.
Mosul, the capital of Ninewa, is 405 km north of Baghdad.
