2nd Russian 4th-generation nuclear sub launched
Severodvinsk today witnesses the launching of the second strategic nuclear-powered submarine of the fourth generation - Alexander Nevsky.The lead ship Yuri Dolgoruky is currently being tested. The Ministry of Defense plans to build a minimum of eight Borei- class missile cruisers. They are designed to become the fundamental component of the marine strategic nuclear forces of Russia.
