Loopholes allow some U.S. firms to do business with terrorist nations
"When you create loopholes like this that you can drive a Mack truck through, you are giving countries something for nothing, and they just laugh in their teeth," said Stuart Eizenstat, who was the Clinton administration's point man on international sanctions. "I think there have been abuses."
When you allow trade, you allow opportunities for smuggling. I say they get nothing.
