Eight US tourists killed in Egypt crash
Eight US tourists were killed and 21 injured when their coach hit a stationary truck in southern Egypt, the state news agency MENA said on Sunday.
The bus was taking a tour group on the 115 mile (185 kilometre) journey from Aswan to the ancient temples of Abu Simbel, when it ran into the truck parked on the side of a single lane desert road, killing six women and two men. The Egyptian driver and a guide were also injured in the accident.
No evidence of terrorism on this one. |
