Appellate court kicks Rahm Emanuel off Chicago ballot
 Rahm Emanuel was taken off the ballot for mayor of Chicago today by an appellate court panel. The panel disqualified him on a 2-1 vote due to the residency standard to run for mayor.Emanuel's attorneys are expected to use the dissenting opinion to appeal the case to the Illinois Supreme Court.
