2 US citizens murdered waiting in line at border crossing from Mexico
TIJUANA Mexican authorities said Tuesday that they have ruled out drug-related violence as the cause for two U.S. citizens being shot to death Monday near the San Ysidro border crossing. The U.S. Consulate confirmed early Tuesday that the two victims, Kevin Joel Romero, 28 and Sergio Salcido Luna, 25, were U.S. citizens.
