Regulators Unhappy with North Dakota Oil Companies
 I know, whoda thunk it!Short Ay-Pee article noting the melting of one of heaviest winter snows on record swamped some waste pits. Some bad stuff got out of the pits and into a lake, and the regulators are worried some companies may not have done enough. Can you ever do enough? Except by buying from Brazil, of course?
