Global investors: Obama stronger in WoT than Bush
 Global investors credit President Obama with a better job of fighting terrorism than former President Bush, while American investors rate the ex- president higher. Outside the U.S., Obama is rated stronger than Bush by 48 percent to 16 percent, in the Bloomberg Global Poll.
