Travel ban prevents repatriation of Pakistani's remains
KUWAIT CITY, the concerned authorities in the Ministry of Interior have reportedly rejected a request by the friends/relatives of a Pakistani man to take the remains of the man to Pakistan for burial, reports Al- Watan Arabic daily.According to reliable sources the man was being treated at the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital and after his death some people went to the concerned authorities seeking permission to take the body 'home' for burial. Their request was denied because there was a travel ban on the person and he was wanted by law in many cases.
