Chechen field commander killed
Interior troops have arrested in a special operation field commander Zubair Visingiriyev in Chechnyaâs settlement of Sernovodskaya. A spokesman at the regional interior ministry told Itar-Tass on Wednesday that Visingiriyev and a group he led resisted arrest. Khusain Visingiriyev, 33, a resident of Sernovodskaya, and Ibragim Badayev from the village of Samashki, who was suspected of killing police Colonel Chersi Gatayev, were killed in a shootout.
