Zinjibar Takenover by Islamic Militants
[Yemen Post] Eyewitnesses in Zinjibar, Abyan, said that gunnies have taken over the city of Zinjibar after a complete withdrawal of government security forces last night. "Three buildings were burnt yesterday by the gunnies and they are in control now of the town," said Ali Sulaiman, a resident in Zinjibar. The opposition Joint Meeting Parties JMP yesterday in a statement that Saleh handed over the city to the gunnies to put more pressure on the international community to accept him staying longer in power.
