NKor naval base nears completion
North Korea has nearly completed the construction of a sprawling naval base near the sea border with South Korea, a facility capable of housing about 60 air-cushioned vessels that could be used for infiltration attacks.South Korea has spotted air-cushioned vessels and apparent hangars at the naval base that has been under construction in Goampo in the Hwanghae province.
