Bomb explosions at a beer garden and restaurant at a Nigerian military barracks killed at least 10 people hours after President Goodluck Jonathan was inaugurated.Three bomb explosions hit a "mammy market" -- often found at Nigerian military barracks and open to civilians -- in the northern city of Bauchi. Bauchi state police commissioner Abdulkadir Indabawa said that the blasts were caused by "locally made devices". The barracks commander told a press briefing that the three bombs were detonated at "exactly 8:00 pm when people were relaxing." He said two people were killed and seven wounded. "All victims were civilians," said Brigadier General Agbo Robinson. In a separate incident in Zuba, outside of Abuja, an explosion hit a beer parlor, causing minor injuries.
