DOJ careless with CAIR
A public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption has sued the Justice Department for failing to respond to questions about why it won't prosecute a radical Islamic group and one of its co-founders.Judicial Watch says special agents of the FBI and prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Dallas, Texas, have urged Attorney General Eric Holder to prosecute the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and its co-founder, Omar Ahmad, for his link to the terrorist group Hamas.
