Senator A. Filibuster Bagogas (Kennedy) Puts Soldiers At Risk
From Hugh Hewitt:
Senator Ted Kennedy, on the floor of the United States Senate today:"Protection of the Iraqi people from the cruelty of Saddam had become one the adminsitrationâs last remaining rationalizations for going to war....So it is human rights that the adminsitration turned to in order to justify its decision to go to war. On December 24, 2003, the day Saddam was captured President Bush said that âfor the vast of Iraqi coitizens who wish to live as free men and women this event brings further asssurance that the torture chambers and secret police are gone forever.â On March 19, 2004 President Bush asked âWho would prefer that Saddamâs torture chambers still be open?â Shamefully we now learn that Saddamâs torture chambers reopened under new management, U.S. management." Bush = Saddam? Who is this drunken b*****d kidding?
These were about 12+/- soldiers who shouldnât have been where they were and will be crakinâ rocks at Leavenworth for all the danger they put their fellows under.
