Granting immunity to US soldiers needs Parliamentary approval
BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: To grant the US soldiers an immunity, if their stay extended, needs a parliamentary resolution, legal expert said here today.Advisor Tariq Harb said that "immunity means non-implementation of Iraqi laws on American soldiers, which matter cannot be done without a law endorsed by the parliament".
