Real quick
We recently discussed the situation with US companies employing contractors to help with intel work at Abu Ghraib. Someone noted a US law that specifically covers the behavior of these employees. I can't find the law and I need the reference to deal with an Irish ninny-moonbat with whom I'm having a debate. Can anyone help with the reference?On a different note: got e-mail from Fred last night. The problem has been a server problem, not an attack.
