Bomb Blast Kills 8 Afghan Civilians
 [Tolo News] At least eight Afghan non-combatants were killed in a kaboom in southern Oruzgan province on Tuesday night, local officials said.The incident happened as a bomb planted on a cycle of violence went kaboom!at a vegetable market in Oruzgan province, killing eight people and wounding 27 others, local officials said. Officials in Oruzgan province said 13 others were maimed and all the victims were civilians. Insurgents plant Improvised Explosive Devices to target Afghan and foreign forces in the country, but civilians are often the main victims.
