Weekly initial jobless claims go up 9,000 ... unexpectedly!
 Would all those that bet the 390K figure would be revised upward step forward to collect your winnings please?In the week ending August 13, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 408,000, an increase of 9,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 399,000.
