Head of Libyan rebel government confirms the arrest of Seif Al Islam Qadaffy...Proof that a madman with money will be politely received... saying he is now in a secure location. Mr. Mustafa Abdul Jalil, head of the National Transitional Council (NTC), has just confirmed that Seif Al Islam, the most active son of Qadaffy has been incarcerated.
