Defense volunteer gunned down in southern Thailand
A village defense volunteer in Yala province was gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Raman district on Saturday morning. Witnesses said that the victim, Suklan Etae, 24, was driving his motorcycle to visit his relatives when gunman riding pillion on another motorcycle fired at him. The attackers then fled the scene.
