Cities with the highest, lowest unemployment rates
Synopsis: If you live in Caliphornia you're screwed. If you live in El Centro, Caliphornia, you're not only screwed, you're pregnant. If you live in either Dakota or Nebraska you're thinking about sending CARE packages to the Calis.
Unemployment rates fell in roughly two-thirds of large U.S. cities in August, despite zero job growth nationwide.
