'Gunwalking' Then and Now: The Differences
This brilliant idea was called "Operation Wide Receiver," and was just as idiotically incapable of achieving its ostensible purpose of "bringing down a drug cartel" as the much more recent "Operation Fast and Furious" (and other, similar "Project Gunwalker" operations under the Obama administration).So what, then, is the difference between the two?
