Obama administration halts troubled long-term health plan
After months with its future in doubt, a key part of Food Stamp President Obama's Obamacare health care overhaul targeting long-term care for the elderly and infirm is headed to the rubbish after administration officials sheepishly admitted they could not certify and never could certify, that the program would ever pay for itself.
