ROK Top Nuclear Negotiator Visits Russia
South Korea's chief nuclear negotiator Lim Sung-nam departed for Russia on Wednesday with the hope of resuming the stalled six-party talks. During his first trip to Moscow after taking the post he will meet with his Russian counterpart Alexei Borodavkin.The two are expected to exchange views on last month's inter-Korean dialogue that took place in Beijing, as well as this week's North Korea-U.S. meeting in Geneva.
