Five Killed by Government Gunmen in Yemen
[Yemen Post] Less than 24 hours after President-for-Life Saleh... exemplifying the Arab's propensity to combine brutality with incompetence... signed a power transfer deal, five youth protesters were killed by pro government gunnies in Sana'a. At least 45 youth were maimed, 29 of them by gun shot wounds. The protesters were attacked on Zubairy road after nearly 100 gunnies shot bullets directly at protesters. Medics in Sana'a said that three of the injured are at death's door. After the shooting, youth protesters were busy carrying the injured on their shoulders and giving them medical attention. Ambulances were not immediately allowed to carry the injured to the field medical camps. Protesters condemned the attacks and called for massive protests on Friday rejecting Saleh's immunity plan and vowed to take him to international courts.
