Islamic Jihad: Joining PLO requires no commitment to its policies
Islamic Jihad leader Ramadan Shallah said that the Palestinian factions' meeting in Cairo did not come to a result that would require the different groups to commit to the Palestine Liberation Organization's policies in order to join it.
