Obama Chief of Staff Bill Daley to Step Down
[Fox News] William Daley is resigning as White House chief of staff and budget chief Jack Lew will take his place, President B.O. will announce Monday, Fox News has learned.Daley entered the White House a year ago after Rahm Emanuel left to become Chicago mayor, replacing Daley's retiring brother, Richard Daley, in that post.
