Roadside bomb leaves Thai soldier seriously wounded
A solider was seriously injured when his team, patroling a local road for teachers' protection in Yala province, was struck by a roadside bomb yesterday morning.Private Jakkrit Raksanual, 21, and five other soldiers were patroling a local road on foot when the bomb went off at 8:15 a.m. Jakkrit, who sustained serious shrapnel injuries to his arm and leg, was rushed to the hospital.
