ANP activist's murder brings violence back to Karachi
[Dawn]  An activist of the Awami National Party (ANP) was rubbed out in Bloody Karachi...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It may be the largest city in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... , DawnNews reported on Wednesday, flaring up violence in the city once again. ANP activist Zain-ul-Abideen was killed in a targeted attack on his vehicle near the Matric Board Office in the Nazimabad area of the city. A companion of the dear departed activist sustained injuries as a result of the attack. The killing was followed by reports of firing, forced shutdown of business and vehicle-torching incidents in various parts of the city. At least six vehicles, including three cycle of violences, were set ablaze in Lasbela and Tin Hatti neighbourhood immediately after the incident.
