Hollande wins first round with 27.5 per cent
 voting for Socialism won't make the debt crisis go away. JeebusFrancois Hollande has secured 27.5 per cent of the votes cast in the first round of the presidential elections, with about 33 per cent of the ballots counted. Nicholas Sarkozy is trailing his Socialist rival with 26.6 per cent of the vote. not so far apart...now the second round Far-right candidate Marine le Pen has secured third place with 19.9 per cent of the vote, according to figures released by the Interior Ministry.
