Because Global Poverty Is The Goal
 The Wold Wildlife Foundation and a group at the European Space Agency have decided that the answer to global warming is global poverty and I kid you not that should be the goal we work toward. Right, convince China, India, and Brazil. According to source article the Living Planet Report for 2012 is described as "quite remarkable". I would tend to agree though the remarks aren't fit for a family joint like this.
