I hear tell that peeps from the government and other high places read the 'Burg, so I thought I'd post a link to the Constitution in case anyone from the DOJ Office of Legal Counsel, or the White House general counsel's office, stops by. Come on guys - did you throw your copy out with yesterday's newspaper?
