Ohi (Japan) Nuke Plants OK for Restart. Full Power by End of July
 Japanese government and local officials have given the OK for the restart of two units at Ohi. Units 3 and 4 are expected to be at full power by the end of July.These units have passed a series of enhanced stress tests that were mandated after the cascade failure at Fukushima Dai-Ichi when unit 1 experienced a hydrogen explosion that damaged emergency cooling operations at units 2 and 3.
