Inspector General: "Revealing number of US citizens we spied on would violate their privacy"

Senators Wyden & Udall of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence have requested US intelligence officials to give the number of US citizens monitored under the FISA amendments act. Per the IG of the US intelligence community, the NSA has refused to answer claiming that, not only would it be too much work to figure it out, but that figuring it out would violate the privacy of Americans.
