gorb's idea on how to solve debate on validity of Obamacare redefined as a "tax"
 Simple:Our "present" Prez and the bill's sponsors argued that Obamacare fell under the Commerce Clause. Our honorable Stupreme Court has redefined it to be a "tax". Given this radical shift in the foundation of all arguments in favor of the bill, and the fact that no Congressperson would be stupid enough to vote for a tax in a recession, except for Pelousi (and perhaps Maxine), we obviously need to put the bill back in front of Congress to be voted on again.
