Somali soldiers Hiiran region not paid for months

Network)-According to Sheik Osman Barre, the district commissioner of Beledweyne, Somali soldiers in Hiiran region not paid for months by the Transitional Federal government."Basically, the soldiers operating in Hiiran region have not received their monthly salaries for many months since the start of this year. The troops have achieved to do more over the insecurity in the town," mr. Barre said, while Speaking with Shabelle on phone from Beledweyne. He called upon the officials of Somali government to pay the regular salaries for the combat soldiers in the region, whom the DC said they are in duty to defeat Al shabab bad boys.
