Chief of Somali Armed Forces Vows to capture the remaining Al shabab strongholds
(Sh. M. Network)-The Commander in Chief of the Somali Armed Forces vowed that Somali and AMISOM troops are committed to liberate soon all territories still remained under the control of the Al Qaeda-affiliated Al shabab.
Giving an interview with Shabelle Media, General Abdikarin Yusuf, said his forces are expanding their takeover against Al shabab controlled area in Lower Shabelle and middle regions, a day after Somali troops with the support of the African Union

"Allah willing, we shall set free soon all Al shabab held towns in south and centralSomalia. I urge the population to cooperate with the national army fighting with the orcs," he added.
He stressed that Somali and AU forces are preparing to move to the seaside Kismayo town, the scenic provincial capital of Lower Jubba region, some 500 kilometres south ofMogadishu.
