Coalition Sharply Reduces Joint Operations With Afghan Troops
[NY Times] In a significant blow to a core element of the Western exit strategy from Afghanistan, the American-led military coalition said Tuesday it has temporarily curtailed joint operations with the Afghan Army and police forces.
