Terrorist killed in Dagestani shoot-out
 Authorities in Dagestan say a terrorist militant has been killed in the Khasavyurt district. The man was holed up in a house in the village of Endirei and refused to surrender on October 11.
Security and police forces used firearms after the man started shooting at them and wounded one of the police officers.
The alleged terrorist militant was identified as 22-year-old Khalimbek Khalimbekov. He is the fifth suspected terrorist militant to have been killed by police in the Khasavyurt district since October 9.
