A Suggestion
A gentle suggestion for Rantburg readers:If, this fine Sunday morning, you find that your local / regional big newspaper has not a single story about Benghazi in the news section of either the print or digital edition -- -- send the executive editor or producer a polite email asking why not. Be polite. Point out to him/her that you are a subscriber. Note that you've been following the story from other sources, and remind him/her of the latest news. Ask how you're supposed to be informed if they aren't informing you. I've done this for my own metro newspaper and am waiting to hear from them. If you get a response from yours, post here at the Burg. I'd love to see it. Oh, and my home metro newspaper of course endorsed Champ. Posted by: 2012-10-28 |
