Terror groups' finances targeted
White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said he did not have detailed information about the identities or locations of foreign banks holding bin Laden's assets. The list of financially banned organizations will be expanded, Bush said. Among the groups named in the executive order, besides bin Laden and al Qaida, are the Egyptian Islamic Jihad, the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group and the Armed Islamic Group.
