Unknown Gunmen assassinate Bakaro market merchants' chief
 [Shabelle] Witnesses said Monday that anonymous attackers have shot and killed the chairman of Bakaro Market traders' chairman Ahmed Nur Awdinle and his security guard.Mr.Awdinle was shot in the head and the chest by two men armed with pistols as he was walking inside the Market along with his security guards, according the witnesses. The motive and the identity of the killers have not yet been established by the local police in Bakaro, the largest marketplace in Somalia.
