Misrata steps up security
[MAGHAREBIA] Misrata officials imposed new security protocols on city residents, Libya Herald reported on Monday (January 28th).Measures include a partial weapon ban and curfew. Authorities also decided to prohibit vehicles without registration plates or with tinted windows. The move follows the Saturday assassination of local council member Mohamed Ben Othman.
