New Tunisian government wins vote of confidence
[Iran Press TV] Tunisia's new government has won a vote of confidence in parliament after lawmakers approved the new cabinet line-up amid the political crisis in the North African country.On Wednesday, Tunisia's National Constituent Assembly confirmed the cabinet line-up presented to lawmakers by Prime Minister-designate Ali Larayedh. The new government was supported by 139 of the assembly's 217 members. This is while the new government was expected to receive a vote of confidence on Tuesday. On March 8, Larayedh issued a statement saying, "After marathon negotiations, we have reached an agreement on the government... the next government will be the government of all Tunisians."
