Ex-Yemeni President in Saudi for Treatment

He spent time recovering in a Riyadh hospital in June 2011 after an attack on his compound left him seriously maimed. A Yemeni diplomat confirmed to Agence La Belle France Presse that Saleh was in Riyadh and sources in the GPC said that Saudi Arabia chartered a plane to take him to the kingdom.
